• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on the msiawin platform.

To open an account on msiawin, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. This information will be used to verify your identity in accordance with our KYC procedures and our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. msiawin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login information. • Do not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

msiawin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (MyKad), passport, utility bills, and screenshots of payment methods used. All deposits on msiawin are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). msiawin reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction (unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion).
• Maximum deposit: RM30,000 per transaction via e-wallet methods; RM50,000 per transaction via FPX or direct bank transfer. Higher limits may be available for VIP members upon request.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name and that match the payment method used for your most recent deposit. msiawin will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to your account tier. Standard accounts: RM30,000 per day. Silver tier: RM50,000 per day. Gold VIP tier: RM100,000 per day or by arrangement with your account manager.
• All accounts must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will not be released to unverified accounts.
• Withdrawal requests received during business processing hours are typically processed within the timeframes published on the Website for each payment method.
• msiawin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Users will be notified if such a review is underway.
• Any withdrawal request that triggers AML checks may be held for up to 5 business days pending review.

Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw funds while bonus terms remain incomplete may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by msiawin are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. The following general bonus rules apply across all msiawin promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus awards carry a wagering requirement (rollover). The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain uncompleted, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is RM300 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the msiawin platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play intended to circumvent normal game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing discrepancies to generate artificial profits ("arbitrage exploitation").
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Money laundering or using the msiawin platform in connection with any criminal activity.

All content on the msiawin Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of msiawin or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Website without the prior written consent of msiawin.
